In addition to an exceptional in-house rehabilitation team, Bend Transitional Care of Cascadia is partnered with an outstanding team of physicians to ensure the most desired outcomes for each patient are achieved. Bend Transitional Care of Cascadia is pleased to offer rehabilitation therapy seven days a week by highly qualified and licensed personnel.
Post-Op Care
Bend Transitional Care has an established collaborative partnership with Bend Surgery Center to enhance the continuum of care for surgical patients. This partnership focuses on providing comprehensive post-operative observation services, ensuring patients receive the necessary care and support during their recovery process.
